Food was great they just forgot to send teriyaki sauce with my teriyaki chicken, again.

Ordered our meal for dinner. Portions were smaller than normal, 4 pieces of orange chicken for a bigger plate? Gave us double chow mein instead of 1/2 and 1/2, normally thats fine but the chow mein was crunchy. Cmon. Asked for utensils and napkins received nothing.

Was only in food for me and experienced the worst interaction between a customer and an employee. This gentleman screamed and sweared at the crew while the managers were sitting there and did nothing to help the poor young lady who was before him. He asked for a manager and they just sat there and did nothing when he yelled at the young girl. After the incident I expressed to the girl, how regrettable it was that she had to deal with him, and I apologised that the crew and their managers just sat there when she was cut by a man twice her size. I love eating here and people are always super nice and the food is always amazing, but I can't say I?m okay going to a place that's okay when people are locked out during the hours of operation. Please press the GM. When someone who has called places before it is very sad that people cannot stand up for those who need it. Please learn and train.

Usually this franchise is awesome. In n out with fresh, good tasting food. But they?ve recently gotten very slow, food is still average. I really didn?t like how their employees were wearing masks, made me feel very uncomfortable and wasn?t able to see their smiles.

I really hate to leave a bad review but the last few times the food was sad, this time it?s just very very upsetting. I purchased 2 bowls and a plate. 1 bowl was good but the other two has sweet fire chicken which only as counted was 10 pieces total for both meals. As if that wasn?t bad enough, I ordered 2 sides of cream cheese wantons and I threw them all away. They were black on the inside and so hard it was unbearable. Then, my side of greens was completely raw. I had no gas to drive back and get a refund, so here I am with my very bad review.
