Chipmunks Playland- Underwood

This restaurant is very busy and seems to be understaffed. You may have to wait a while to order because the same staff making your food are also taking orders and managing the entrance and exit. The food is mainly junk food, even if you try to order something slightly healthier for a child. However, the place is decent overall, despite the small space. If given the choice, I would recommend going to Lollypop Land instead. Despite these issues, children don't seem to mind and our son had a good time. The place appears to be clean and the staff is polite.

Our experience at Chipmunks exceeded my expectations. Despite reading some negative reviews, I called ahead to address my concerns. Management was very helpful and ensured that they could provide a table with access to power and wifi for my laptop. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had reserved a great table for me. The kids had a blast, I was able to get some work done while enjoying a coffee, and the air conditioning kept us cool on a hot day. I recommend ignoring any negative reviews and forming your own opinion. Visit Chipmunks with confidence.

This restaurant has tables and chairs that are packed too closely together, creating a loud and noisy environment. It may be difficult to hear the people at your own table, let alone those nearby. Navigating a pram around would also be challenging. Surprisingly, there is no water fountain available. It would be more enjoyable to visit during quieter times when the restaurant is not as crowded.

Chipmunks is such a great family play ground with many many things to do the staff are absolutely amazing and the owner is just so lovely, parties are amazing and you can see in the kids faces there just having so much fun. Everyone should gooo!! You won’t regret it! Food is fabulous aswell

$41 for three kids ... then $2 per child per ride, we ordered two coffees an hour later still no coffees so we asked for a refund. Super loud music playing added with all the kids noise equals for a head ache! For such a great kids play centre they definitely need to work on the food service!
