Little Red Dumpling - Logan City

It's a neat, nice and cosy little place in the Pinelands Shopping Centre. When you go in, you'll see some paintings on the wall that represent the Red Army of China, but the photos are lovely and there is a relaxed ambience.My sons love the dumplings (after all it is called Little Red Dumpling), and as a family we also love the beef noodle and the curry beef with rice. The boiled dumplings are juicy and tasty, and the pan fried ones as equally as tasty. The broth in the noodle soup, has a unique taste that I've never had in any other noodle shop before.The sauces that come with these dishes are additive, there is a wonderful balance of vinegar, chilly and oil in the sauces, and it's almost like you could just sip it directly.You've got to try this place out...it's one of our favourite places.

This place closes quite late in the evening which is ideal for late night snacks. Furthermore, the items in the menu are not heavy at all. I went in the cold times and the smoking hot dumplings are really fantastic. The serving size is quite sufficient and presentable as well.The drinks section may look appealing, however, the taste is really typical. I felt that it is not worth pricing. Nonetheless, I did enjoy their dumplings and xiao long bao. It is a must try!

A basic restaurant but the food and service were excellent. The restaurant was full but because the floor is not carpeted and there is no table linen the restaurant was very noisy. One drawback is that even though there are signs that state the minimum efptos payment was $20 I was virtually told to pay cash but I persisted and offered my card. Nevertheless if the opportunity arose again in the future my wife and I would certainly return.

Pleasantly surprised, great dumping, nice decor, love the dimmed lighting not your typical glaring chinese restaurant kind, , good service, was a great find, definitely will come again

I was recommended this lovely little restaurant by a friend and it did not disappoint. Traditional food and lovely staff. We had the pork and chive pancakes, steamed pork dumplings and pan fried pork dumplings. Flavours were amazing and cooked to prefection. I will be back again.
