Panda Express - Lombard

The rice tasted as if it had already been eaten, and the sesame chicken was overcooked alongside the beans. Dear Panda owners, would you eat this?

I'm feeling a bit bored with their current menu. It's time for them to introduce some new dishes. Perhaps they could consider adding jasmine rice to the menu.

I ordered orange chicken, a side of rice, and a large diet coke around 5 PM, requesting delivery at 7 PM. Although my order arrived on time via DoorDash, it was stone cold despite the restaurant being directly across the street. According to the tracking, it was picked up and delivered to me in about 8 minutes, so there’s no reason it should have been cold—it had to sit for 2 hours. Additionally, the portion size was very disappointing: just 1/4 cup of rice and 6 small pieces of chicken, all for a total of $17.57, which included a $3.95 delivery fee, $1.14 service charge, and a $2.08 tip. What a waste!

Never has super green or teriyaki chicken, had not water or even water in a cup in almost a month. this was earlier a way to eat place in the shopping center for healthy foods. I have observed in the last 6 months, as this place slipped in bad habits and lack of warehouses pretty much everything at any time of the day.

Not ready as advertised open by 10am. So went next door instead Charley's Philly Steak. Change your open time to 10:30am or 11am in that case.
