Panda Express - Lombard

We spent over $200 on our order, expecting a delicious meal to reward our hard work. Unfortunately, they forgot some items from our order. When we called to address the issue, they asked us to provide our names, implying that someone would return to deliver the one container of rice and two chicken rolls that were missing. I was just trying to help because my colleague didn’t receive anything last time. The person on the phone was quite rude, and it’s disheartening to spend so much money and be treated this way.

This particular Panda Express location truly stands out for its quality control compared to all the other locations I’ve visited over the past 2-3 years. The noodles here consistently taste freshly cooked! Unfortunately, that’s not the case at other Panda locations. Here, the noodles are long and fresh, with just a minimal amount of cauliflower. In contrast, at other locations I’ve visited recently, I’ve encountered reheated, soggy dishes filled with cauliflower and overly greasy. The orange chicken and teriyaki chicken I’ve enjoyed here multiple times over the last 2-3 years have always been fantastic! The drink station is well-maintained, and the location itself is always clean. Plus, there's ample parking in a nice area of Lombard.

I always have a great experience at Panda! It's located in a safe neighborhood, and I feel secure knowing there are many police around.

I just wanted to eat with my brother. When we went out of the building, we saw a mouse that went into the building, we said the lady there and she said she would tell her manager. when we went to the car, there was another one, this time I took the second mouse, too bad I can't upload the video. no wonder why the place is inspected.

Staff was really nice. Orange chicken was too sweet for our liking but the food was fresh. Kung Pao (Savoury) chicken was really good and so was Beijing Beef (slightly sweet). We thought that the quantity of large chowmein was not large enough so we ordered two extra but overall it was a nice experience.
