When the pizza finally arrived at home, we discovered that our Super Supreme didn’t have the pineapple and jalapeños we had requested. I tried calling to resolve this issue, but on the third attempt, the person who answered sounded frantic and said they were overwhelmed, with a wait time of about two hours. I explained that I wasn’t placing a new order; I just wanted to inform them about the missing toppings. He responded, “We’ll take the pizza back uneaten so we can remake it for you.” When I asked if I could bring it back and have it remade in the standard 15 minutes for carry-out, he said no, it would take an hour. He then abruptly said he had to go and suggested I bring the pizza back if I wanted. This was incredibly rude. When I asked for his name, he hung up on me. This level of service is unacceptable. Why should I have to wait an hour for a mistake that was theirs?
I went inside to place an order for myself and asked if they offered a pizza for just one person. The male staff member informed me that they only have large pizzas for $20. I explained that I couldn’t eat a whole pizza on my own, so I decided to leave and went to Jack in the Box instead.
The pizza was wrong, it was cold, and there were hardly any toppings on it. When I tried to call, I couldn't get through for some reason. It was a waste of money!!!
First time ordering from this location. Staff was very helpful, one in particular was so sweet, such a lovely woman. I will most definitely be ordering from this location again. Food was great! Timing was perfect.
