Yami Teahouse - Lomita

The appetizer was good. The Japanese Saimin was very bland. Although I ordered half sweet, the drink was still too sweet. The service was excellent, the staff was friendly and super courtesy. They offered to take care of things. Love customer service!

I would give them 5 stars if their customer service wasn't so bad. Their food and drinks are yummy. Normally the service is average but this evening not one employee said a word to me. Totally ignored. Finally someone came to the pickup window and didn't say anything. So I gave her my order number and name. They placed my drink on the counter without a word. I said thank you as they turned away. Really weird experience. I'll spend my at Share Tea, Peet's, 85°, or the Ding Tea in Torrance where I'm appreciated and at the very least, acknowledged.

Very friendly staff and a great menu! Lots of drink choices and even some yummy snacks! We come here at least twice a week!

We usually order their teas and drinks but had never tried their food until now. The Angus beef and fried rice were delicious, and the portion was generous. I didn’t expect one bowl to be enough to fill me up, but it definitely did. I will definitely be coming back for dinner!
