Afternoon Tea at Caffe Concerto Whitehall

2 sandwiches ordered. After 45 minutes we followed the order. 1 hour and 10 minutes later they came by and said they couldn't find the order!? Leave without food, like another date. Terrible experience, will not go back.

An excellent Afternoon Tea in the peaceful surroundings of the Library with good views of Westminster Bridge, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. Food delicious and the service was immaculate and attentive.

This was my 2nd visit the service was considerably worse!! For example we weren’t asked what size coffee we wanted were charged for Large….. which we hadn’t wanted. Even my requested Flat White came in an enormous mug….. unheard of….. charged as Large. I did object they did change the bill. The actual food was very nice. Shame about the coffee in such an attractive setting.

Excellent for afternoon tea, and great location close to the hussle and bustle of Regent Street but not too close. Highly recommend.
