Wasn’t impressed with our food. Just about ok but could and should be better

Service was slow and poor. Had to ask several times for salt and mayo. Had Moules Mariniere which were nearly all closed so had to send them back. Had soft shell crab in a bun that was so over cooked it was brittle. Not a great experience. Manager was nice about it though and refunded everything bar one main course

Had an early dinner here with friends and a table at 5.30 on a Saturday so relatively quiet. This was great as it meant really good service sadly something hard to find post Covid/Brexit. I had the Devilled Whitebait (lovely) followed by Smoked Haddock bubble squeak with a poached egg which was gorgeous. Didn't leave a morsel. Absolutely recommend.

Very beautiful fish and chips. scallops had not been properly cleaned and were sent back, waitress was very nice and replaced by a new dish immediately. beautiful bottle picpoul next to eating! all good, would recommend.

Valentina and Laura were excellent and really made our dining experience special. Definitely will be back!
