Giraffe - London

Excellent eating, it can not really fail, other than max cheese warns hot luke warm best. but our server took plates before eating and barely cracked a smile.

We arrived and got a table between two other tables. I went to the toilet to find faesen on the toilet roll dispenser and more. I went back to the rest of my party, and we went right away. I didn't even see the menu. I can't eat anywhere that has no clean toilets, I understand that it must have been a customer who left the toilets in this condition, but it was my first time giraffe visited and it will be my last.

Cozy restaurant for station and theatre. light, cramped seating, as the restaurant is small. Menu and eating was good and worth for money. the service was acceptable, but not exceptional. we would have ordered desserts if they would not let us wait.

The ordered ribs and burgers as main courses. rags arrived, but burger did not. after 10 minutes waitress asked when burger came and said it was on the way. after 30 minutes the burger had not arrived and my friend had finished her meal. in the new question we were told that it was still cooked. a tanks of 4 sat next to us and ordered and received burger during this wait! really bad service sad as the food was delicious.

Arrived at 10am and was told nothing was available until 12:45pm. We checked found a reservation for 10:15 10:30. When we went back said we were able to get a reservation for 10:15 the hostess/waitress wanted to see it on our phone as evidence and was a bit annoyed. Did they do that to us because we are Black? I was insulted. I only proceeded to eat there because I was visiting, had no car my family was hungry. We watched as she let several come in w/out a reservation. y 2 waitresses in the entire restaurant. People were asking 2 3 times for their drinks. The food was ok, nothing that I would feel the need to go back for. I give my experience 1 star! They will never have the opportunity to do that to me again!
