Luca - London

Once we came to the restaurant, we had a really good reception from the receptionist, at the door. We sat on the table and a waiter asked us for drinks that we ordered and waited. we had to hunt on the franciacorta when they didn't come here. service was great, we were served all the time by this super friendly Italian manager/head waiter. the food is extraordinary! soou well! we ordered 2 starters, 1 primo, 1 secondo and they brought the primo first to share, and the second to share what "not that was what we had expected, but we were in order with it. it could just be good to check if they want to share at the same time. also the timing between the set was short! I would personally prefer more space between meals and not feel rushed or overwhelmed by the food. also here is eating exceptional and the service is as great as you can expect! scallops and 'nduja were my favorite! pasta with truffle is more a truffle with pasta! they would not expect such a generous part of the truffle on the culmination! That was brilliant! the desserts, tiramisu is a must! and it lives up to any expectations, but the panettone (which it was kindly offered by the chief waiter who served us? was probably on the most pampering desserts I had recently! 8.5 out of 10 just so we leave some perücken room for smaller fine tuning and continue to deliver exceptional service! The restaurant is advertised as michelin star, but it is far from it. eating is average, the ambiente is average. everything is super over price for what it is. this is just a normal Italian restaurant that is extremely over expensive hyped up

Excellent eating! beautiful room the restaurant has different areas and we would seem so much bigger than it would seem from outside. we have eaten in many top/michelin stars restaurants and this has exceeded expectations.

Excellent eating that appeals to all age groups (also my teenagers! but in such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. that is, of course, the key of the really perfect service.

The food was incredible and well worth the money, the service was impeccable and fast. Waiters were charming and considerate, and they catered to our needs. They even brought out a birthday surprise at the end with a candle! By far what made the night was the bartender at our bar, he made us tailored drinks that weren’t on the menu, and talked us through the process. He made great conversation and made us feel really special. When we were ready to leave he even recommended a place for us to go to, which was also fantastic. We were made to feel special and will definitely be coming again when we’re in London.
