Worst Service Before Football Game We waited an hour for our food and they told us it would take longer. They brought the coffee after 50 minutes of complaining, but people who went, got their coffee

We booked this place for my daughter's birthday, as the milkshakes looked great and funny. The gentleman worked there sweetly and did his best to serve us well, but there was no atmosphere at all. It could really do with some music, clean menus and more staff! It has a great potential and must say that the food and milk shakes were very good and carefully prepared.

I was really disappointed having seen such great reviews and pictures online. There was only one lady working on Saturday the 17th during the sold out Arsenal womans match. The lady working deserves all the profits recieved on Saturday as she kept the show running with a warm welcoming smile and refused no customer despite being alone, her communication was excellent explaining there would be a delay. A man arrived around 11am to assist with cooking however he was of no real help to the lady running the show. He was extremely slow with preparing orders and serving/clearing tables. He also disappeared twice in the time we were there which blew my mind considering how under staffed they were. The menus were dirty, the range was too complicated if they plan to operate on such minimal staff. I really felt for the lady left spinning all these plates and trying to ensure everyone was looked after. 10/10 to 0/10 to the owners on Miki's Palace

The restaurant has a great atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service. I will definitely return in the future.
