Social Eating House - London

Food was tasty. Decent Manhattan and good wine recommendation. Service needs to improve. Sat solo at the bar. Had to wait for someone to notice me. No one offered water. The food was delayed. The main was served before the starter. I asked where is my starter and the lady said “it’s coming” Obv had to send the main back. Staff seemed on edge and arguing with each other. Probably won’t visit again.

We ordered: Roasted Cumbrian Herdwick lamb rump , coco beans, aubergine, tamarind, sheepmilk ricotta, lamb fat. This isn’t somewhere I would eat regularly. I would go here to celebrate (e.g. getting a promotion)

Amazing experience! we ate at the kitchen counter and had a great time, eating nice eating with perfect wine pairing. the sommelier, the waiter and the chef were really available and we spent almost 4 hours there. I recommend this place very much!

Great food, great drink, good service. I will come back
