Spaghetti House Argyll Street - London

Excellent meal BUT once again OpenTable NEVER sent the booking to the restaurant. They kindly found us a table. What's the POINT of OpenTable IF you make a booking and they never send onwards? No customer service or anyway to complain.

Service very quick and efficient. Food ok for a quick pasta meal, drinks overpriced and glass of prosecco was flat, ladies toilet needed attention.

Spaghetti House was much better than I feared. Would go again for sure. Friendly staff

Good Italian which although being chain feels authentic and friendly. Waiters are Italian and attention to detail was great.

The food is really good but the ambience was not so relaxing. A group of friends were playing videos in high volume and none of the members of the staff asked them to stop. I head to turn my headphone on to try to enjoy my meal.
