Steakout - London

This is not a step! Apart from that, the place is sticky, bad service and overpriced. I wouldn't recommend it.

We visited steak out on Saturday night after having spent a whole day at harry potter, so we were tired and hungry. we all wanted big tellers and a lot to eat. we were not disappointed. I had the great philly cheese steak, steak out style. it came on a sizzling skillful on a bed of tweezers and paprika, in a rich spicy sauce. I then chose garlic creamy mash as my side, and mushroom sauce. it was divine. all the others have cleaned their tellers and were happy with their full touch. the staff was friendly and patient. the menu was easy to understand and read. the milkshakes and juices looked incredible, but we just didn't have a place for one! They don't serve alcohol, but with all that I didn't really thank. another customer had on another table what I think was a burger, but instead of a bun it was two garlic breads! I've been eating right now!

Went for quick lunch, ordered couple starters and juice and i was very happy. Food did not take long and tasted yummy than ever

It's a very cold day, and it seems the heating is not switched on. Most customers are wearing their jackets and I'm feeling rather cold myself. This said, the steaks were good, the fries very average. NO ALCOHOL SERVED HERE. A steak without a good...glass of wine is very incomplete, in my honest opinion. I'll have to go back home and serve myself a good Chianti from my reserve to make up for this!

Really really bad experience with this place! I ordered a simple order of 4 items, it took 50 ,ins to arrival, fair enough,but then I had 1 item missing and another item which was completely wrong. so I call them up and explain and they...have no clue, so takes 10 ,ins to explain to 1st staff which he tries to tell me he is going to send me my correct order for free .... excuse me it's not free I already paid for it and didn't get it!!! then then I ask how long it will now take to get my new items ... he doesn't know has to speak to someone else about it... staff 2 comes on phone and again I have to explain myself again and then wait for him to pull up my order for him to check what I am saying is true..... so then I ask if as a gesture to a unhappy customer if they will refund me my 2 items I never got and now have to wait another 40 mins to get ..... while my other food is getting cold .... answer to my request for refund was ,, arh as you paid online we can't refund you, you already paid...... nothing we can do!!!!! kept trying to tell me that I am getting my money worth because hey we're sending out my food again.... the ones that was missing in first place... !! kept trying to offer me more other food for free... which I had to repeat my self over 10 times, I did not want other food, just the correct ones I ordered...! managed did not want to talk to to on phone,because he didn't want to give me any money back to correct their mistake and keep good customer service, which is something they REALLY do not have. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! you run the risk of paying for food you get get to eat and wait almost 2 hrs.....
