The waitress didn’t recognize our booking. Her wording for communicating with the guests and her colleagues is as if she was talking to her teenage friends in a high school. We ordered a vegetarian dish and was provided with a chicken one. When we reported the problem, the waitress asked, so you don 't want it? . The manager saw the situation and stayed at the counter. He neither said sorry nor offered any compensation for the disrespectful mistake. The waiter said they will take the OpenTable dining cheques. However, they didn 't at the end, even though the family style restaurant is not on the list of Which restaurants in the United Kingdom have opted out of accepting OpenTable dining cheques?.

We always choose Sufi for Persian cuisine. The food is delicious, fragrant, and tender with generous portions. The duck fesenjan is especially good, and the bread is divine. The service is friendly and prompt, with a relaxed yet lively atmosphere. Great value for the price. Overall, excellent and highly recommended.

Sufi was just okay. We made a reservation based on positive reviews on OpenTable, but we (a group of 4) were disappointed and couldn't understand why they had such high ratings. The food was decent at best, but not memorable, and none of us would choose to dine there again. It was a hot day during our visit, and we were surprised to find that there was only one air conditioner at the back of the restaurant and no fans. Overall, we were not impressed with Sufi.

This restaurant offers fantastic Persian cuisine with a diverse menu and high-quality ingredients that set it apart from others in the area. The house wine by the glass is also very good. The Saffron Ice Cream was a delightful ending to our meal.

Delicious food and great service and an extremely reasonable bill!
