Super cozy place to stay in Richmond, it’s an hour away from the airport, 20 minutes to Richmond station and about an hour to central London The rooms are cozy and you get water, tea and coffee It’s super clean The people working there are super nice and helpful The food is delicious, you get nice breakfast included or can order more If you stay in a room you get 20% off your orders in the restaurant If I come back to London I will stay here again Thanks for the amazing time

Will not be going there angain! I ordered the roast lamb and asked for thin cut fries which I got. The lamb consisted of 3 small chunks of fat and the fries, though cooked, were all white in colour. I had the one carrot, the few green beans that I came with it and the Yorkshire pudding. Really NOT worth the £21 I had to pay!!!

We loved our stay at The Victoria! The best part of our stay was the staff — everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. The included continental breakfast was perfect, and we loved that we could get espresso drinks as well. It is in a very quiet residential neighborhood, perfect for a quiet getaway. There was a fan in the room, which was helpful as it got quite warm in London during our stay! We will definitely be back!
