Ugh!! Idk why I tried this place again. Ordered online. $26 for 6 pieces of chicken and 12 chicken nugget bundle. $26. Left out the nuggets I needed for my kids. And thev4 sides are INDIVIDUAL size. $26 dollars.I live on the outskirts of London AND their phone just RINGS. I can 't drive right back.I WILL BE GOING BACK THERE TOMORROW TO CORRECT THIS and I think I 'll give up on this kFC forever. :(My last experience here was negative too. Short staffed or not (per the excuse given to me to explain the behavior of this woman, Ann, working the drive-thru, moking me as I pulled up.If you are annoyed with customers and it shows through your tone, if you are short with customers AND make them jump through hoops bc the order can only be honored online , but YOU can 't be on time when you made me do all that extra, then shame on you. Wait 15 more min, pull to spot 3, she said after all that. Seriously. ?And if I ask for sauce for a family size meal, obviously, I am asking bc Idk if any were listed in my online order bc I am ASKING you.An online order that I was lucky enough to figure out how to do last minute (and had to pull out of line to do it from the start...to buy food from this establishment.)Then, please, lady, by all means, just give me some sauce for my family dinner.This process took 26 min. Fast food? She gave me three, THREE sauces to feed a crew of 10. 1 ranch, 1 Buffalo, 1 kfc sauce. I told her I had many people I was feeding and paid over $36 dollars. 16 pieces of chicken.2 stars bc the gentleman who brought my food out was nice and respectful. Working on cars in parking lot icy doorway in, order taker kept saying you'll want to sit down,I'm like how long can it be. 1st bite was all pickles on the sandwich mine saturated in hot sauce hers less than a quarter spot in the middle won't be stopping by there again.

$11 bucks for some cold fries and 4 “tenders” that were the size of nuggets come on

Not happy?we did not get all of our chicken or biscuit's. Our Cole slaw and mash potatoes were just a few tablespoons full. For what I pay this is ridiculous. Not happy!!!
