Mcdonald's - London

Ordered 5 sandwiches total 2 large fries. received 3 sandwiches 1 large fry...... more then agitated and i did not even complain about the food that we did received being cold!

The main issue with this McDonald's is the high volume of lunch customers and the small size of the restaurant, which often leads to a crowded upper floor and a lack of seating downstairs. However, I can see that the staff is working diligently to manage orders, so I'm perfectly fine with waiting, considering how busy it gets. I've never had a negative experience with the staff. My order accuracy has been very high, and if anything is missing or incorrect, I simply ask the manager to address it, and they are quick to resolve the issue.

The staff were incredibly fast and helpful for those of us from outside London.

I usually don't write positive reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with this one. The food was fantastic and still warm when it arrived. I was very pleased!

I ordered a Large Mocha Frappé, but I received a medium instead. Additionally, the Iced Caramel Mocha was topped with a hot coffee lid, which was amusing. However, the coffee itself was quite good. I hope I can get a refund for the large drink since I received a medium. I'm sorry if my English isn't perfect; it's not my first language.
