Lambeth Pizza - London

I went to this restaurant last night and was not impressed. I ordered the twin deal, which advertised 2 large pizzas, 4 sodas, and 3 dips for $26.99. Instead, I received a small cheese pizza with no sauce advertised for $5.99. They also got the address wrong and forgot the sodas and dips. They then accused us of a bill totaling $63.00, including taxes and tip. When we called to complain, the staff was rude, unapologetic, and defensive. I do not recommend this place as they will likely mess up your order, waste your money and time. My pizza was bland, cold, poorly cut, and tasted burnt at the bottom. It was not worth the price, and if I knew it would cost over $50, I would have ordered from our usual Byron pizza instead. This was my first and last time ordering from this place. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Before ordering, it is important to confirm the prices at this restaurant. There were several false advertisements outside promoting offers that were no longer valid, which the employee mentioned after trying to charge me nearly double the price. I recommend going to Shelby's instead, and if you're looking for pizza, try Zypern Pizza down the street.

The lunch specialties are comfortable for me because I work. However, their food is quite low quality due to the cheap ingredients they use. I used to have a panzerotti and it was terrible. hardly any strokes in it and their pfefferoni is literally cut to midday meat. it is sad that they are investing their time/money in fake reviews, rather than just improving the quality of food.

Very easy to order online, pay online, for quick pickup. Eat was ready when I arrived. Delicious chicken-shawarma plate. they do not have bovine-shawarma plates or small amounts of falafel, I would have liked to. very kind service. can't wait to go back.

Unfortunately I have to put a star. But if there was an option, there wouldn’t even be a one star review. Pizza was the worst I have ever had! I do not recommend!!!! Pepperoni had a weird taste, a few little eyelashes or something on the cheese. And asking for dipping sauce, the person put it right on top of my pizza. Probably how the pieces of hair ended up on the pizza. It was a disappointment and disgusting visit. No napkins to wipe my hands off after pulling the dipping sauce off my pizza. I gagged and still gag thinking about the dirt that was probably on the bottom of the dipping sauce that ended up on my pizza. Would not recommend the visit.
