In-n-out Burger - Lone Tree

I'm from Texas and have only been to In-N-Out once before in Phoenix. The burgers are satisfying and packed with great flavor. However, the fries are just average.

I usually don’t write reviews unless I’m particularly frustrated, but I feel compelled to share my experience with this restaurant. Unfortunately, they have repeatedly messed up my order. Despite giving them multiple chances, nothing seems to improve. I always order the same thing, so you’d think it wouldn’t be that difficult. However, they consistently get it wrong, like adding banana peppers without my request—something I didn’t even realize was an option for a burger. It’s honestly quite frustrating. The only thing they've managed to get right is the fries, and even they are just average. On top of that, the parking situation is awful; sometimes it’s nearly impossible to find a spot.

This is an amazing spot for American burgers! I hadn’t visited this place in over 30 years, and the taste and quality are just as good as I remember. The service was impeccable and quick. The prices are very reasonable. We ordered four burgers, fries, four cokes, and two milkshakes for just $34. The restrooms were clean too.

The food and service here are just as excellent as you find at all In-N-Out locations, which is one of the reasons I love this place. You can always count on getting an amazing burger and fries, along with fantastic service. Keep up the fantastic work!

When I arrived at this Lonetree location, I noticed there were about 20-25 cars in the drive-thru line. I can see why some people might view this as a ritual, but it wasn’t something I wanted to participate in. If you're a fan of In-N-Out, I recommend trying the Cherry Cricket in Denver or Coors Field. I definitely plan to return to In-N-Out, and next time, I’ll go for the Animal Style!
