Ahimsa Higher Taste, Plant-based

I've been vegan for two years, so I have a good sense of what makes a great plant-based restaurant. Unfortunately, this one didn't quite meet my expectations. I still gave it 4 stars because every vegan restaurant plays an important role in promoting ethical dining and addressing animal cruelty, so I only deducted one star based on my experience with the food. Both dishes I ordered were quite bland, which was disappointing given the rave reviews I had read. For my appetizer, I tried the summer rolls, and for the main course, I ordered the burrito. I have to be honest in my review. However, even though my meal didn't impress, I plan to give them another chance. I'll be back to try their milkshakes, desserts, and possibly their famed burger or chicken sandwich, as the cashier was incredibly friendly and sweet.

This place is great! it was really warm inside, they should add a ventilator or two to the floor. my burger and salat were great, and the ginger-mint limonade was fantastic. I'm going to take it fast, but enjoyed every bite. I have the chipotle ahimsa burger, I highly recommend it. also the dressing for the salat was great! next time, I'll try this dessert. the load is divided into two, a dessert page and savory food page. the decor is great with beautiful plants plentiful. the staff is super nice and helpful. the restroom was clean, the load was clean and organic feeling. I would try this place definitiw if they were on the chew.

This restaurant is fantastic! They offer incredibly refreshing drinks, and the baked goods they had today were out of this world. I enjoyed an amazing berry dessert! I can't wait to see what fresh treats they will have next time.

The food is decent, but the service leaves much to be desired. My Boba tea arrived quickly, but my raw salads took 45 minutes to come out, and I had to ask twice about them, even though the restaurant was not busy—there were only two other customers. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you're very hungry or expecting to eat in a timely manner.

Their mozzarella cheese sticks are to die for! Cashew cheese is very creamy and the sauce complements the dish. I highly recommend ordering this appetizer!
