Drop Anchor Seafood Grill - Long Beach

Fish portions are very small ,fries were yummy. Fish was good but small.

If I didn't live so far away I would dine here weekly. The food was beyond excellent. As everyone was leaving I wanted to purchase a coffee cup to remind me of our great experience here and my credit card was being a pill and I had $5 in my wallet and the cashier waived the tax so I could have it. Now that's service. Please visit this wonderful place when in the area you will be pleasantly surprised.

Very pleased that we took the advice from the locals to eat there! The food was delicious, the service was amazing, and our waitress was the sweetest! Definitely recommend the Oyster sandwich with Sweet potato fries

This was such a yummy dinner. The staff was amazing. You know not hovering but attentive enough to notice when you needed refills or something.

It’s all fun until the bill comes, right? Service was great, very nice. I was confused by the pricing on the receipt. Combo says $30 for the light but then the break down comes to $28 with the salad. When ordered, I was asked what dressing I wanted, then I was asked what side I wanted. I asked if the chowder was GF safe, was told yes but not that it was extra. At no point was I told that the price would be different. Mimosas were great and I took the apple cobbler to go. Again. Staff was very kind. It’s just the pricing that idk if I’ll be back for. I left feeling disappointed and confused. I wouldn’t have ordered the salad or the chowder if I knew it was extra. I really only ate the shrimp off the salad and ate about half the chowder because of how bacon heavy it was. If you like Bacon Clam Chowder, go here tho. (Review with Celiac/ gluten allergy)
