They have tables inside and some outside, as well. Smaller restaurants, but you should be able to find a seat. They had a little fridge on the side filled with a variety of ice cream. Service was kind and I like how everything was out so you can see everything. We ended up ordering a two combo plate (double chicken tikka masala) with an order of vegetables samosas and upgraded to garlic naan for an extra 50cents. Combo came with a generous serving of rice and lots of chicken! Veggies samosas were seasoned very well, only complaint is that I wish it was a bit more crispy. It came with mint and tamarind chutney, and you could order additional for an extra 50cents.
The best Indian food in Eastside Long Beach! Whenever I'm craving Indian, Flaming Curry is the go-to spot. Fast, friendly and flavorful!Everything I've had here was delicious, but my favorites are the goat curry, chicken tikka masala and palak paneer. Their garlic naan is made fresh too- so buttery, garlicky, soft and a little crispy! My friend was happy to learn they have gluten free naan as well! There isn't so much to the ambience, but there are some tables inside and outside on busy Broadway and Redondo.
I was craving chicken tikka masala so bad I couldn't have been more disappointed. When I got my food it was just 4 pieces of chicken grilled onions .... No masala .... No curry .... So sauce By the time the food was delivered to my house they store was closed so I couldn't get it remade or fixed. Idk if I'm going to try it again but I'm very sad after expecting something with such amazing reviews.
AMAZING RESTAURANT. Great service. They let us sample the entrees. It's a solid meal for $10. I recommend getting their 2 item combo. It's hard to find parking. They recommend parking in the neighborhood area behind the restaurant. Also you should definitely upgrade for the garlic naan
Been here a few times. Food always tastes good, price is okay. Very authentic I believe, but my only issue is that they are not very upfront about costs (it's not a 3% cash discount...like their small sign by the register says...but actually 3% SURCHARGE for using your credit card...and it's rly not usually a big deal but they don't tell you that until you get your receipt). I don't appreciate when small businesses try to get away with false advertising. Lastly, calling ahead does not mean when you arrive your order will be ready to go. I stood there for maybe 20min waiting for naan but I understand sometimes they may run out. But I called ahead, and people in the store got the bread before me. Would still go back though and would overall recommend.
