Outback Steakhouse - Long Beach

The restaurant was clean and the service was good, however, every time I tried to order something, I was told shortly after that they were out of it. It felt like they were a store with out-of-stock items. After trying three times, I finally got some food, but I wasn't very hungry by then. The only thing that saved the night was Brittney, who provided great customer service.

The dishes, especially the steaks, are all very tasty. The service is quick and the staff is friendly. The outdoor seating area is also beautiful.

Our server, McKenzie, provided outstanding service. She took excellent care of our party and we especially enjoyed the bread. McKenzie went the extra mile to ensure our family had a great dining experience.

I'm only talking about the takeout experience. The food was decent. Not the worst but I feel like I definitely could've gone somewhere else and gotten better food for the same price. The mac and cheese from Pollo Loco is better than here. The baked potato was drenched in salt. They didn't give me two sets of utensils like I asked in the order. No ice in the drinks. No straws either. I'm not sure how the dine in experience is but the takeout experience was horrible. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else for takeout.
