Pinches Pizzas - Long Beach

I had to go back twice to place my order. The first time, the dough was undercooked, and the second time, it was burned. When I returned to address the issue, the staff was unapologetic. The service was quite unpleasant!

Always friendly good food freshly cheap and fast! What else do you want? Love this place. customers since they opened.

I like this place because the food is good, but why is it that if I order the delivery, it will always be something that is missing, I did not order from this place for months because of inconvenience, but my husband loves the pizza in this place and guess what, I got another item from my order missing, this is simply ridiculous.

What really disturbed me was the presence of a family with two children around 3 to 4 years old. They were running wild, touching everything, screaming, and throwing food on the ground without anyone addressing their behavior! The name of the establishment itself is quite off-putting, as it uses a slang term that is essentially a profanity. It seems that they don’t care at all about providing decent service!

The pizza was amazing, and I didn't even need to specify "well done" to get that extra crispiness!
