Írjon visszajelzéstTERRIFIC southeast Asian cuisine. VERY high quality food for the price point. Only issue I had was the price of the fry bread. 2 pieces should be $5, 4 should be $10. Although charging $10 for 2 pieces is probably testament to how high quality the food is. Two thumbs up, even considering that??Food: 5/5
Ordered the sate ayam (chicken satay on the menu). Tasted great and the rest of the party also liked the food! Portions were very generous. Only gripe was that they accepted cash only, but they did tell us that as soon as we walked in the door. I also discovered that I’m mildly allergic to peanuts, but that’s not their fault lol.Food: 4/5
Uncle Fung opened since 1975. It was closed due to Covid. Now reopens. The food was very authentic Malaysian/Indonesian/Singaporean, basically Southeast Asian.Good tasting, good spices, BUT too salty!!!!We told the serving staff, and he responded very positively to notifying the cooks. Very polite servers.Nasi Lamak was very good, except you need to order the one you like 2 selections.Laksa was very good.I only give 4* as the highest rating. No one gets 5* because no one is perfect, only Christ.Try Uncle Fung, you'll like it.
Very nice Malaysian food that is rare to find. Long Beach outpost is adding to the local diversity. Food is tasty and come out quick and fresh. Strip mall setting makes the atmosphere generic and is a disservice to great food. A small effort in decorating would enhance the experience a lot. Do not come here for the ambience but for the food and you will not be disappointed.
A new style of Pho I haven't had before. Think the catch is the smoked flavor the infuse in to the meat somehow. It's good!! :)Food: 4/5
