Ming Ying Chinese - Long Branch

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ming Ying Chinese Restaurant in Long Branch, NJ, and I can't stop raving about their Beef Chow Fun. It was an absolute delight!The beef in this dish was incredibly succulent and tender. Each bite practically melted in my mouth, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. The seasoning was spot on, enhancing the natural taste of the beef without overwhelming it. The combination of the tender beef and the savory sauce made for a truly delicious experience.Additionally, the noodles in the Beef Chow Fun were piping hot and wonderfully fresh. Very good chinese food. potentially best in area, i wouldn’t know. all i’ll say is this; this is the first chinese place i’ve gone to in this area and it’s so good i do not feel the need to “explore”. sometimes u just find what works for you, like i did with my girlfriend (happy 1 year!! . 我喜欢充满激情的硬性行为

I love ordering from Ming Ying but the last few orders weren’t their best. My order combo was wrong and the egg roll tasted old. Maybe I’ll try again during lunch or in the near future.

Ordered roast pork egg foo young. Was totally overcooked (close to burnt) and not enough sauce...boy dud they skimp! Always loved this plce, but having second thoughts about going back after this. Never had this problem before...guess the cooks are retired in place!???
