Slice - Long Island City

NY Style Pie reminds me of pizza you would get at a pizza party, and sometimes thats exactly what you need. It's also HUGE. 10/10. The Chicken Caesar Salad salad and Bread Sticks didnt arrive, luckily they weren't mission critical, please improve your process. 0/10.

The seal on my delivery order was very weak and easily broken. When I called the restaurant to give my feedback, I received defensive responses. I suggest upgrading the seal or using more stickers to ensure it is secure. Cutting costs on the seals is not acceptable. I have always enjoyed your pizza, but I will not be placing another delivery order until the boxes are properly sealed for every delivery. It is the restaurant's responsibility to ensure that customers and delivery drivers are respected by sealing the boxes securely.

I asked for half the pizza to have vegan cheese, but the entire pie came with it.

Wasn't ready in time, had to wait another 30 minutes past when I was told it was ready. Poor customer service once it was ready. They just threw stuff on the counter and didnt say anything. Literally therew it. Mozzarella Balls were cold. Pizza was just ok.

This is one of the worst pizzas I have ever eaten in my life. Even dollar slices are better than this sad excuse for a pizza. The dough was terrible, overcooked, the cheese didn't even melt, and the sauce was bland. I regret ordering this pizza entirely.
