Starbucks - Longmeadow

For the Longmeadow, Massachusetts location in an upscale town, today has been the most disappointing day with terrible customer service. WiFi was not the issue but it was not able to work anyway. The drink… I ordered a Venti Frappuccino and waited more than 15 minutes until I HAD TO APPROACH THE STAFF FOR MY DRINK. “Oh, we’re not able to make the Frappuccino.” Awful lack of communication!!! They could offer a mocha. I waited for over 5 minutes and the staff was just lazy — I was watching him carelessly forget the ice, the flavor and decided not putting enough milk in the container for the blender. AWFUL SERVICE. I JUST WALKED OUT. TOLD THEM TO FORGET THE DRINK!!! Sheesh where did they get these employees and what qualities did the management find in them that make them qualified?
