Chipotle Mexican Grill - Longmont

This is the best Chipotle in town. The staff is incredibly friendly, the food is consistently hot and fresh. I make the effort to drive across town specifically to eat at this location. It is our preferred choice for food, as we are always pleased and the meals are consistently delicious. I have sampled nearly every burrito combination and they have all been excellent. I will definitely be returning many times in the future.

This restaurant is consistently busy with a line out the door. However, they are efficient at getting customers through the line quickly. The best part is that you can customize your order to suit your preferences. The restaurant is very clean and well-organized. If you haven't tried it yet, you definitely should.

The older Mexican lady who wrapped my burrito on 02/08/22 deserves a massive raise. She included everything I wanted in my burrito and wrapped it perfectly, the best I've ever seen at Chipotle. She is a true saint. I love it. Please give her a raise, as my burrito had almost everything in it and was not easy to wrap.

Normally decent, but ive got under-cooked rice the last 3 times I was here, not sure what is on, but please begin to cook their rice properly food: 3/5
