Chipotle Mexican Grill - Longmont

This restaurant is not reliable. It is unacceptable. Tonight, I witnessed someone attempting to roll burritos who clearly lacked experience or proper training. They tried to roll mine like a round object, which was disappointing.

The service we received for lunch today, 4/27, was terrible. We ordered two bowls with double meat, but it felt like we received the amount of meat that would typically come in a single order. Our food was skimpy on every possible item. The kids' meals only had about a tablespoon of rice, and the employee we interacted with had difficulty understanding English. It was very frustrating to deal with this, especially with young kids in tow. It was already hard enough to go in and order.
