Courtyard By Marriott Boulder Longmont

I came here mainly for the hot tub, but unfortunately it was out of order. The swimming pool was also too cold for my liking. However, the bed was fantastic as always—I slept like I was in the clouds!

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant on my boyfriend's birthday. The fire alarm was blaring all morning, which was quite distracting. To compensate, they offered us two drip coffees, but it seems like this issue happens regularly. I've tried calling the manager multiple times, but no one answers. They mentioned they would issue some form of refund and promised to call me back, but I've yet to receive any response.

The room was fantastic, the pool was lovely, and the parking situation was convenient. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was quite disappointing. The service was lacking; our orders were mixed up, and when I asked to have my coffee adjusted, they simply added more milk instead of remaking it properly. When I order coffee, I expect it to be prepared the way I want it. Additionally, they forgot my son's bacon and burnt his French toast. Overall, the food and service need improvement.

Positive: The room. Comfy bed, enough space to not be cramped and not too big. Loved the big tv with swivel arm so we could watch from the bed. Negative: I did not find anything that we didn¿t like. We came from Galveston for medicalappointments. The location was perfect.

Drew quite literally appears to be holding up the hotel as he is super efficient, friendly, and appears dramatically overworked (although he does a wonderful job not showing it). The hotel has a wonderful gym, is close enough to to amenities but farenough out to be a quiet location. All around would definitely stay here again.
