Dos Hijos - Longmont

Delicious food and fantastic staff! I've never encountered a more personable chef—he was hilarious and made our conversation enjoyable. My kids absolutely loved their pancakes and declared this their new favorite restaurant in town. Definitely give it a try!

I ordered the Huevos Rancheros, and it was fantastic! The black beans on the tortillas were delicious, and the potatoes were just the right amount of crispy for my taste. The green chili was great as well! However, my favorite part was definitely the bacon.

This is hands down the best food I've ever experienced at a restaurant. The only downside is that the grilled pork chop and biscuits and gravy aren’t available every day of the year. If you're watching your calories, this might not be the place for you. They serve amazing, hearty meals that feel like home cooking. I can't recommend it highly enough!

The food was absolutely incredible, and the service was fantastic. The owner took the time to visit every table, and he was very friendly. I tried the Denver omelette, and it was outstanding; the potatoes were also delicious. My fiancé ordered the regular beef burger, although they also offer bison and turkey burgers. He’s quite a picky eater, but he enjoyed every single bite! We’ll definitely be returning during our time in Longmont.

I had the pleasure of taking my granddaughter Clover with me this time. As always, the food was outstanding. I ordered the biscuits and gravy, along with a side of sausage, and you could tell everything was made from scratch. I couldn't resist getting a cinnamon roll to take home as well.
