Írjon visszajelzéstThe homemade spicy salsa was incredible! I only had one margarita, but wow, it was fantastic. The food was served hot and tasted amazing. The service was friendly, too. It's a small local spot that is definitely worth a visit for some great food!
I had no idea this restaurant was even here until a friend pointed it out. It's somewhat tucked away from sight if you're on the interstate, and it's also not easily visible from Highway 66. The food is great and the prices are reasonable. We tried the smothered beef burrito, shrimp fajitas, and a taco salad. The tortilla chips are really crisp, and the salsa is just right. There's a good number of tables and seats available, plus plenty of free parking outside.
I was in the mood for some comfort food on a gloomy Colorado day. Being a native New Mexican, I'm always on the lookout for top-notch green chili and fresh, delicious chips and salsa—those are my ultimate comfort foods. Rancheros Restaurant certainly lived up to my expectations. The green chili was authentic and had a nice kick, the salsa was fresh and spicy, and their queso was simply divine. I highly recommend this place if you're in the Longmont area. Thank you, Rancheros Restaurant, for bringing a taste of home to my day!
Loco Pollo was quite good. The chimichangas in the background were not fried enough; they could have used a bit more cooking time. Overall, it’s definitely one of the better places I’ve eaten in Colorado.
Without a doubt, this is the best Mexican restaurant I've ever been to. Having lived in San Diego, California, I've been accustomed to fantastic Mexican cuisine and have struggled for years to find a place that matches that quality. We absolutely love the Al Pastor tacos and the Chili Rellenos here. The atmosphere is cozy, warm, and welcoming. Plus, their chips and salsa are delicious, and the tortilla soup is also fantastic.
