Santiago's Mexican - Longmont

Edit: been in a few times since my previous review. Things are definitely declining and I'm super bummed. The food was cold and tasteless. There was an argument over who was our server. The Latino server (4.20.24 1130amish) literally only cares about chatting and gossiping with coworkers. The tall Caucasian woman with glasses is exceptional at her job. She didn't stop working and moving while we were there while all the others are speaking loudly to each other and snickering. The girl behind the counter in yellow is obnoxious; loud and literally no one cares what you want to eat. I am so sad how slowly but surely Santiago's is circling the drain.Clean and friendly staff. Food is delicious, however, was not pleased with the Tacos Al Carbon. Otherwise, very pleased and have been going to Santiago's for many, many years

Great, inexpensive breakfast burritos, super fast service! Great for breakfast on the run!

Burritos are great whether Chile on inside, smothered or deluxe. Most people like half and half Chile. Hot can vary quite a bit between visits. Huevos are great and served all day. They have menu do on the weekends. Very generous bowl.

We have been going to this restaurant for yrs , never had to complain about anything. Staff is amazing!

Not acknowledged by the many employees at the front. I stood there waiting at the counter for a minute. The menu has terribly small font. This is no commentary on the food, it may be fine. But their service is poor.
