Copeland's Of New Orleans - Longview

First of all, the food here is authentic Cajun, incredibly delicious, and served in generous portions. Unlike many other places, there’s much more meat than rice or vegetables on the plate. The servers are not only friendly but also have a great sense of humor. Additionally, the restaurant features live jazz music played by a talented band, creating a wonderful atmosphere. And to top it all off, the cheesecake is absolutely amazing—truly heavenly!

However, I must say that the cheesecake might be a bit overpriced—maybe a dollar too much. The crab cakes were definitely worth it, and the twirl of shellfish added a delightful touch to the dish. I enjoyed the thickness of some of the shellfish as well. Great job, Copeland! In total, our bill came to $82 for two beers, one virgin daiquiri, a large seafood board, shrimp and crab cake pasta, cookies, and two slices of cheesecake.

Good service and good food. we had the thorn leaves, delicious appetizer, and the spicy chicken sandwich, very good. the killed by chocolate cheesecake was wonderful, so a huge part too. my man and I have shared all this and left it clogged!

The dining experience and service are excellent. The restaurant has a stylish ambiance. I particularly enjoy the red beans with sausages and the gumbo.
