Golden Corral - Longview

The staff were very friendly, and the food was decent. I ordered the chicken fried steak, which was okay. However, I was not happy with our seating, as it was too far from the food area. Other than that, it was an enjoyable experience overall.

My daughter helped me write this review and gives it a perfect 10 out of 10! She is excited about the new Icee machine, which lets you make Icee ice cream sundaes. They offer flavors like orange, cherry limeade, and watermelon. She picked the cherry limeade with vanilla ice cream and gummy bears, and she loved it! The service was also fantastic; our waitress was very attentive, and the food was served hot and fresh.

I took my mom and niece out for lunch, and the restaurant wasn’t too crowded at the time. Our waitress was very polite and promptly refilled our drinks and cleared our plates once we were finished. The catfish was amazing! I was a little let down that the ice cream machine was out of order, but they had a wonderful variety of other desserts to choose from.

I loved the music in the background, it was very uplifting on a very emotional day. Good food, good place to gather with family and friends. Very kind staff!

They we're able to accommodate a large group in super timely fashion. Food was good. Had a small issue with change and management stepped in right away to help make it right. Please tell staff I'm Sorry I got upset, and that was one of the teachable moments. Server was on top of things handled group drink refills mid cup. Love when you keep my tea full!!
