Rincón Potosino - Longview

I recently tried the chicken quesadilla at Rincon. Sadly, it was a basic and unremarkable dish that failed to impress. The flavors were lacking, and it didn't have the authentic Mexican taste I was hoping for. Additionally, the pricing felt expensive for the underwhelming food quality. While the service was decent, I would suggest exploring other options for a more satisfying Mexican culinary experience.

Heard about this place while in the beauty salon. Outside not the greatest but the food is ample and delicious! We've even picked up take out...still delicious. Staff more than willing to help and serve in a timely manner. Don judge this book by it's cover!

Service was great, the restaurant wasn't full so it was easy to get in and get seated. The food was nice and hot but it was lacking flavor! We got guiso and Chile Relleno. Salsa was lacking in flavor as well. I see this place has good reviews so I will try this place again.

Food was awesome. Traveling from home in Honolulu to visit daughter in South Carolina. Stopped off to spend the night due to $3.20 gas (half price from home) and found this gem. Portions were huge and salsa was soooo good she poured me more straight from a pitcher. Server, probably owner, was so nice and service was great. She definitely deserved the Hawaii keychain my wife hands out for great service. Would highly recommend this place!!!

Good place to eat TexMex. Delicious food, healthy portions and reasonable prices! Nice stuff and clean!
