Everything was fine until I guess a manager tall skinny guy told name was niel brought our tray of food out set in on another table for 5 mins and when the server who was super busy asked for help he said he didn’t have time or knew where the food went. After my server which was awesome passed our food out I asked to speak to that manager and he wouldn’t come to the table. Upon leaving I say him in the front and asked him why he spoke to the sever the way he did and why did he not help to which he told me have a nice day she is capable. I’ve been in the industry for quite some time and this is beyond belief how he treated his employee. He is a cancer get rid of it before it cost you more.
I met family here and thought the food was just fantastic. They bring the chips to the table still warm with a salsa that is perfectly spiced. The salsa also has a smoky chipotle pepper taste that I loved. I ordered both a pulled pork and a the ground beef enchilada. The beef was fine, but the pulled pork was a taste sensation. You can get several different sauces on the enchiladas, but the outstanding one is a creamy jalapeno. The rice is good but, I must say that the refried beans were some of the best I've ever eaten. They had a lovely pinto flavor with a hint of heat and lovely creamy consistency. This is a busy and noisy place, low key, with a great wait staff and friendly feel.
Very pleasent wish it was in our hometown we would go all the time. We got crawfish enchiladas and it was so good.. And Crown and Coke icees it is a must have.
This place is ALWAYS busy!! We’ve been trying to eat here for months but they are always packed. ALWAYS! IT IS WORTH THE WAIT!!!! WELL WORTH IT! We decided to visit as soon as they opened, at 11 am on a Saturday. The staff was very welcoming as soon as we walked in. Greeted our family and led us to our requested patio seating. The restaurant is stunning! The patio how gorgeous!!!! I mean seriously, amazing! As first time visitors T.Blancos employees were incredibly helpful! They were knowledgeable about the menu, what meals included, options for vegetarians and all! Very impressive! Salsa was amazing!! We ordered Chile Rennillo stuffed with bell pepper, onions and smothered with creamy jalapeño sauce. Creamy jalapeño was scrumptious!!! Next order was spinach enchiladas, with creamy jalapeño, refried beans and vegetables. Best zucchini ever! Third meal was ground beef, bean and rice burrito! Incredible!! Last and not pictured (Sorry, it was eaten before I could capture one) was the supreme nachos! There is not enough words to describe these exquisite meals! If you have not visited please do yourself, friends and family a favor and stop in! It is worth it!!!! There is a reason this place is always busy!! What an amazing visit!! We will be back and I can’t wait! The struggle will be to have the same meal or try something new! P.S. Tell them we need Jalapeño and cheese Tamales added to the menu!! ?? They’d make the best possible guaranteed!!
If you get a chance to sit out on the patio, do! It is very impressive. It was too hot on this day so we opted for a window seat. To the point, I was disappointed in their chips and salsa. Both are a big deal to me and honestly can be a deal breaker. I WANT to WANT to ask for more. But in this case not necessary. Just bland salsa and maybe if the chips had been hot, but still. Bland salsa. Good crispty beef taco. Good cheese enchilada with chili con carne. Beans were a good texture but just tasteless. The rice looked good but was way undercooked. If it hadn't taken so long to get our food, I would have asked for another helping of rice to see if i could get rice as I'm sure they usually serve it (hopefully). Margaritas may have been good but we didn't have the chance this time. Pro: great patio Con: bland salsa and chips
