Annie Euro American Bakery - Longwood

I've been using this company for all my special occasion cakes since 2012. They are all GREAT. We live in California, though, so the shipping can be prohibitive. Some of their cakes are sold through Neiman Marcus. The Chocolate Seduction Cake and the Milky Caramel Galaxy Cake are two of our favorites. You won't be disappointed! And, if you do call the company to place an order for delivery, the lady in the customer service department is amazing. Worth the price!

The quality of the cakes and desserts at this restaurant is very poor, and the conditions in which they are made are concerning. It appears that expired ingredients have been used, and although employees have raised these issues with management, their concerns have been ignored. Additionally, the temperatures at which the products are stored are higher than they should be. I also heard reports of rats being spotted inside the establishment. I cannot recommend this place for anything. If you don't want to take my word for it, just ask some of the employees. Furthermore, the treatment of the staff is appalling.

I had a truly terrible experience at this restaurant. The materials and practices are outdated, and there's a blatant disregard for health and safety regulations. I witnessed staff dropping utensils on the floor and then placing them back with clean items for use. The sanitation supervisor is rarely present, and there’s no Human Resources support for employees. After working for the company for 16 months, I was denied five vacation days that I had earned! It feels like chaos reigns when the night shift is on duty.
