Domino's Pizza - Longwood

I ordered a pizza and the delivery person mistakenly delivered it to the wrong address. He then attempted to retrieve the pizza from the incorrect location, but ended up damaging it in the process. I requested for a replacement, but the staff was incredibly impolite and unhelpful. Due to their lack of professionalism and poor customer service, I decided to cancel my order. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it is important for businesses to treat their customers with respect and address any issues properly.

I am disappointed to have to give them a one-star rating, but I have to. I placed an online order at 6:00 PM, and by 7:20 PM I called them to check on the status of my order. The girl on the phone apologized and explained that they were short-staffed and had not even started preparing my order yet. With five hungry kids at home, waiting for over an hour and twenty minutes for my food was unacceptable. I will definitely not be ordering from Domino's again.

Despite getting contactless delivery the driver decided to physically hand us the order. It was the wrong order. Tried to call the store to get it corrected but no one picked up despite calling multiple times. Decided to use the website to try and get our order corrected. There’s no option to get my pizza replaced. I would give zero stars if I could.

OMG! AMAZING SERVICE. I was having a bad day and i put a special request. This location went above and beyond.If i can give more thatn five stars i will. my delivery driver Maria was fast and courteous.

I like Domino's. This location does a good job making sure you get what you ordered.
