Írjon visszajelzéstReam cheese and it was absolutely delicious. The bagel was perfectly toasted and the smoked salmon was fresh and flavorful. The service was quick and friendly, which was a pleasant surprise for such an early hour. I would definitely recommend this Dunkin Donuts for a quick and tasty breakfast on the go.
I was disappointed with the lack of drive-through at the closer location, so I specifically went to this restaurant for its drive-through option due to my limited mobility. Despite this inconvenience, the service and food quality were good. I was a bit disappointed that they did not have lemon or double chocolate donuts at 11:00am, and I'm not sure if they ever carry lemon donuts anymore. However, the breakfast sandwich I ordered was very good.
Absolutely awful experience. I have never felt the need to leave a review before, but I am compelled to do so now due to the extremely rude and unprofessional staff at this restaurant. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and found it to be extremely bitter. When I asked for some vanilla to be added, as is customary with this drink, the white-haired staff member refused to do so. After some back and forth, she eventually added some vanilla but then claimed they had no small cups for sweetener, despite giving me a caramel cup moments later. When we requested extra cream cheese for our order, they refused unless we paid extra and went back in line. The entire exchange was unpleasant and unprofessional.
This restaurant is a fantastic choice if you enjoy waiting 20 minutes only to discover that they are out of food and fresh donuts.
This restaurant is very inconsistent and disappointing. I have been coming here for several months and the only thing that is consistent is that they are always out of menu items. Dunkin' Donuts is part of my weekly routine, but every time I place an order, they are missing several items. Whoever manages the inventory needs to do a better job. The manager here is also incredibly rude. At several locations, she has made me uncomfortable with her passive-aggressive comments, but this morning she really crossed the line. I usually order the same thing every morning, but now the manager told me I couldn't get a large ice water for free and if I wanted water, I would have to pay the price of an ice cream, $3.15. Since when is water not free? I understand the need to balance inventory with inflation, but at this point, it's more expensive than a bottle of water. I asked for a free cup of water and she then told me it would cost $1.25 at the window. It seemed like she just wanted to give me a hard time. As her coworker handed me the water, she said, "oh, she doesn't want it anymore," to which he replied, "then why did she ask for it in the first place?" This place really needs better management. She is unfit and clearly does not have the customer service skills to manage a location.
