Gateway To India Longwood Awarded Indian Cuisine Best In

I just picked up a takeout and the food was outstanding. Having lived in the UK for 25 years, I’ve experienced a lot of great Indian cuisine. There aren’t many good Indian restaurants in Central Florida, but Gateway to Indian is excellent. We tried the Butter Chicken, which was delicious, and the Lamb Madras, which, unusually, had coconut in it. It wasn’t the kind of madras we’re used to, but it was still very good. I will definitely be returning.

I've only ordered for delivery, but their Tandoori chicken is absolutely amazing! It has the perfect amount of char while keeping the meat tender and juicy. The garlic naan and regular naan are also fantastic!

Would’ve had a picture of the delicious food but it always disappears fast here. The spice levels are perfectly accurate and easy to manage even for beginners.

Delicious food served fast presented nicely on a platter. Atmosphere was calm not noisy like other restaurants can be. Service came with a smile. Extremely happy on my 1st visit plan to return.

The front desk staff member was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful, lacking any basic customer service skills or enthusiasm.
