Chick-fil-a - Lorain

So I never go to chick-fil-a so I figured I try it I pull in to the new amherst location and ask for a menu the girl was very nice and showed me I ordered a grilled bacon sandwich and asked do you make this with crispy chicken too and she said she can substitute the chicken I said yes plz 2 bacon sandwiches one crispy and one grilled so I pull up a manager comes out and says it's a 2 dollar up charge I said for what she said for the substitute I said I thought she charged me

Fun. Our first Chick-fil-A experience. Very lively inside, well lit, well staffed and an employee working in the dining area offering paper crowns and time wasters for the kids. Unique in the fast food world, and welcome. We ordered and sat down, they brought us the food. Quite pleasant.

The grilled chicken was flavorless and dry which it did not have any condiments on it. My boyfriend said his chicken had some blood leaking out onto the wrapper. He did not inform me of this till the next day. Also I was not aware the drink did not come with the meal combo. Very disappointed I spent over $30 on food that was not filling and undercooked.

One of the best fast food chains in America in my humble opinion. They do a great chicken nugget whether breaded or grilled and their service and their system of getting you in and out is amazing. I scored them a little lower on atmosphere because let's face it it's fast food place. There are only oddity is they do not open on Sundays. That can be considered a plus because they're giving people the day off on the Sabbath or it could be considered out of step. I like to think
