Subway - Lorain

You want to acknowledge Christian for outstanding service. He was fast, but all attention to it, our lower parts just like we ordered. We have eaten many times to different subways, but these were the best we have ever bought.

The Night Manager was very attentive and generous with creative toppings. Everything was fresh and impeccably clean! I left a $4 tip for two subs because I highly recommend it. Overall, the service here is far superior in many ways compared to the East Erie location.

This is the best Subway location around! Although there's another one closer to me, I prefer the 42nd Street Subway for the excellent customer service I've received over the years. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and they follow instructions for custom sandwich orders to a tee. The quality of the food is consistently outstanding. Thanks to their great teamwork, they quickly prepare perfectly made sandwiches. The restaurant is always clean and fully stocked every time I visit. I’ve even ordered catering from this location and was not disappointed; everyone at the event enjoyed the delicious subs. The floors are well-maintained and organized, and they actually look just like the advertisements! I highly recommend this location for all your Subway needs. Without a doubt, it deserves a perfect 5 out of 5 stars!

The customer service was excellent, and everything was very quick. My only concern with Subway restaurants in general is that the restrooms are closed. It's important to ensure public safety by allowing handwashing, and without that option, it becomes problematic.
