Warren's Restaurant And Bar - Loretto

Food looked really good coming out of the kitchen but then you eat it and it's just loaded with salt. Not my personal taste preference. Service was extremely slow, took our waitress 15 minutes to bring us drinks, followed by another 15 to get us ordered, followed by another 30 to get us refills or other drinks. If I could choose zero, I would. Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. No Vikes game and it was 1/2 full. Drink order taken, and food order taken 5 minutes later. 40 minutes later, still no food. What gives? Waitress claims she entered order and blamed kitchen staff printer. Funny since everyone else got their orders. Don't waste your time with the poor service at Warren's. Buffalo chicken wrap is fantastic but service in last order was awful. I have ordered Buffalo chicken wraps at least 5x since the pandemic started from this location. Every time besides the last i had called it in. Didn 't have my wallet on me so did amobile order last time. Ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap no tomatoes no onions with waffles fries and put please add seasonedsour cream. Every time by phone they had asked and i said yes i want it. When i went in to get my order the waitress confrontsme rudly saying you owe us $1 for the side of seasoned sour cream. You tried to write in at the bottom instead of paying for it.I was confused cause i don 't think I paid for it any other time but went out to my car and grabbed $1. When i got home andstarted eating the wrap i noticed they put the tomatoes and onions in it. I don 't know this but i suspect it was on purposesince i tried to get the seasoned sour cream for free They had time to read for that but not see no onions no tomatoes.

We've been 3 times and not once has our order come out correct. The menu is so meat centric there is no tolerance for other palettes. The server was great and very quickly responded to the kitchen mistakes, however, the food is bar food at best, butnot priced as such. Greasy, salty and misleading on the menu.
