Donut House - Los Alamitos

Very nice small shop. Service was great. Croissant sandwich was too greasy to eat though.

One of the worst donuts my daughter and I have ever experienced. We tried a Boston Creme and a jelly-filled donut. The chocolate tasted chalky, and the jelly filling was incredibly sour. Additionally, the donut dough itself seemed off, possibly from sitting out overnight or from using old frying oil. I'm still feeling uneasy in my stomach more than two hours after eating.

Nice place, very homey and the owners are very friendly the people who work there definitely needs a raise! Donuts are definitely delicious and airy. Drinks are also a must have, I had the taro latte blended, it was delicious and smooth.

If you're looking for fresh donuts in the early morning, I recommend avoiding this place. After researching the best donut shops in Los Alamitos, this one caught my attention. I arrived at 5:45 AM to pick up donuts and croissants for my co-workers, but unfortunately, the donuts were not fresh; they looked and tasted like they were a day old. Perhaps a special order might yield better results, but I wouldn't count on it.

Came here when I saw the line at Nicks. Nice to support small businesses great breakfast croissant.
