Pittsburgh Chicken Subs - Los Alamitos

I've been visiting this restaurant for over 10 years, making the trip from Yorba Linda! It's hands down the best chicken I've ever had.

I’d give this restaurant a solid five stars. The chicken was served hot, crispy, tender, and full of flavor. I ordered three lemon pepper and two Cajun pieces. The potatoes were decent, although they could have been served hotter. I was really excited to find they had cranberry ginger ales, which was a nice touch. I’ll definitely be coming back. However, I tried the fish and I won't be ordering it again—best to stick with what they do best.

The chicken isn't deep-fried; it's air-fried to perfection! You really need to give it a try. I give it a thumbs up!

Good chicken, not fatty and it is moist, the taste on the classic is good, I still have to try the other flavors (Cajun, lemon, etc.) It is made fresh and not too expensive, the potatoes are really good, recommended

Not many llcations that I know of for broasted chicken. If you haven't tried this cooking technique for chicken, you should. It's really good and reduces the fat content versus frying in 40% to 70% Friendly owners here, and the sides are great. Try the chicken with Cole slaw. Delish. I rarely rate 5 stars but this place deserves it. If you are thinking to dine-in, you can, but it's only outdoor, self seating, like some places in Los Alamitos. This is the perfect food for take out, so go for it. It's noisy outside.
