Írjon visszajelzéstI visit this place often (maybe too often), and 90% of the time, my experience is excellent. I've had a few instances of terrible service, but most of the staff are quite good. They work to keep the lines moving, and even during peak lunch hours, it tends to flow quickly. My orders are almost always correct. The double-square burger is fantastic. McDonald's Quarter Pounders are among the best fast-food burgers around, surpassing Wendy's, which has unfortunately declined. The fries are also solid. However, I wouldn’t recommend anything else on the menu, as it can be very inconsistent and often comes out dry or stringy.
I had a terrible experience at the McDonald's in Los Alamos this time around. It’s usually a good place, but this visit was disappointing. The drive-thru claimed they never received my order, but instead of resolving the issue, they accused me of a mistake and only gave me part of my order. I was made to wait in the parking lot, and when they finally brought my food, they just told me I hadn’t ordered anything else. The staff member was rude, and I expressed my dissatisfaction with her attitude. Her response was that they don’t return to fix things. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I didn’t appreciate the way I was treated.
I tried to give them a chance, but enough is enough. They've messed up my last three orders, and they're incredibly slow without any sense of urgency. I've been sitting here for 15 minutes waiting for a drink. Fortunately, I didn’t have to pay for it, but this is just ridiculous. If I didn't have points about to expire, I would wait to use them at Santa Fe or literally anywhere else. I didn't have to wait this long for a meal at Chicago Union Station, and it was during their lunch rush!
I ordered mcdonald’s about their app, came to the restaurant and gave them my order code, they said my transaction was partially approved and that I had to pay the rest with my card. I have made three different cards to pay the difference that all were rejected. I told them to cancel the order, my credit card was calculated regardless of the full amount for eating. also lost 3000 reward points. 0/10
I know this is just McDonald’s, I shouldn’t expect much. I mean I’ve been eating at this restraint in this town my whole life, including at the last location. But when I pay for something I expect to get it! These kids closing this place must be high or something because it’s a S$#T show! The guy at the cashier was nice, but the people prepping my food forgot a whole 10 pc. nuggets. They already shut down the shake machine early of course…. Then this.
